We search for solutions and we implement actions against the desertification and abandonment of the countryside. With the cooperation and the volunteering of the local population as a source of inspiration, we reopen the old schools and we teach sustainability in isolated villages of the province. We teach and are taught by the experience and memories of the elderly, from whom the raw material of civilization is drawn: the forgotten customs and traditions of each region.
We motivate young people from the countryside with new programmes and practices to combat passivity. We carry out actions on the management of the cultural reserve, the art, the nature and the rescue of the cultural heritage. The fact that art and culture are placed in the heart of the social fabric increases communication, creativity, self-awareness and collective memory, but also shapes the conscious identity, whilst at the same time enhancing the social and cultural image of the rural countryside.
